A notorious kidnap gang member, Sunday Clark, who plotted the abduction of his customer, a businessman, Mr. Adewale Kazeem has been arrested by operatives of Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad attached to the Rivers State Police Command. Clark told newsmen he acted as an informant to the gang to kidnap a businessman, Kazeem, a resident of Rukpokwu in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State. CBN Leaves Interest Rate Unchanged At 14%

The Central Bank of Nigeria led Monetary Policy Committee on Tuesday left interest rates unchanged as widely anticipated. 19-year-old Dorcas Adilewa has been arrested by operatives of the Lagos State Police Command for allegedly faking her kidnap to defraud her father, Taiwo Adilewa.
