According to the 2018 Global Liveability Index released by The Economist Intelligence Unit and World Bank, Lagos state has been ranked third among the ten least liveable cities in the world. Tramadol induced kidnapper dies after 9 days in coma

As a result of complications from high intake of tramadol, a kidnap suspect in Ondo state Tuesday gave up the ghost after nine days of being unconscious.
