Criminal charges have been filed against the immediate past governor of Kano State, Abdullahi Ganduje, by the Kano State government over alleged $413,000, N1.38bn bribery. Bobrisky charged to court for money laundering, abuse of Naira

Idris Okuneye, controversial cross-dresser, popularly known as Bobrisky, has arrived at the Federal High Court in Lagos for his arraignment on money laundering and naira abuse allegation. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission had on Thursday filed six counts bordering on money laundering and abuse of the naira against Bobrisky. Bobrisky is scheduled to take his plea before the vacation judge, Justice Abimbola Awogboro.
