Man kills father for interfering in his marriage

  Umaru Jauro has been arraigned before a Bauchi High Court by the State Ministry of Justice, for allegedly killing his father in a mosque in Maltawa village in the Misau Local Government Area of the state. Appinner Obilor, a 70-year-old businessman was arraigned at Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for allegedly inflicting injury on his landlord over quit notice. Four policemen have been sentenced to death by hanging for killing a commercial motorcycle operator in 2016 on Goodluck Jonathan Boulevard, Akwa Ibom State.
