A Vehicle Inspection Officer (VIO) has reportedly been crushed to death by a truck while attempting to intercept the vehicle along Hospital Road in Akure, the Ondo State capital. The fatal incident occurred opposite Mega Primary School, throwing residents and other road users into distress.
