The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared President Mohammadu Buhari winner of the 2019 Presidential election as he polled 15,191,847 votes to defeat his closest rival, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party in the presidential poll conducted on February 23. Prof Innocent Ibeawuchi, the Returning Officer for the Imo West senatorial election on Saturday, has alleged  that he  was forced to declare Governor Rochas Okorocha  the winner  of the poll by the  supporters of the All Progressives Congress candidate.
