Invictus Obi, Obinwanne Okeke, has indicated wish to plead guilty for the $11 million fraud he is being tried for in the United States (US). President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Prof. Godswill Obioma as the Registrar and Chief Executive of the National Examinations Council.
