Facebook stock went down by about 5.5 per cent, while its Chief Executive Officer, Mark Zuckerberg, also lost nearly $7bn to the outage that plagued the social media platform on Monday. Also affected were WhatsApp and Instagram, both owned by the Silicon Valley, California-based tech company. In all, the global economy lost billions of dollars to the outage which took place at about 4.42pm Nigerian Time on Monday. Eldest son of legal icon, late Rotimi Williams, SAN, Ladi Williams, SAN, has died of Covid-19 complications at age 74. His death was confirmed by his younger brother, Kayode Williams, who said his late brother died of COVID-19 complications. He died around 3am at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos.
