Luxury brand Versace has apologised after an image on one of its T-shirts appeared to imply Hong Kong and Macau were independent territories. After fierce criticism on social media in China, Versace said it had made a mistake and had stopped selling the tops. It said it “respects the sovereignty of China’s territorial state”. Some drivers in Georgia stopped their cars and rushed to grab dollars flying out of a bullion van on Tuesday. Nigerian preacher, Mr. Oluwole Ilesanmi, who was stopped from expressing his Christian views and driven four miles away by the police, has been awarded a £2,500 payout for his wrongful arrest. The United Kingdom (UK) police, however, refused to apologise for taking him away from the tube station where he was arrested. The 64-year-old Ilesanmi was accused of Islamophobia while preaching outside Southgate Tube station in London in February. Mayor of a small polish village, Miejsce Odrzańskie, where no boy has been born in the last 9 Years, is offering to reward the first local family to give birth to a son. The village is in southern Poland, near the border with the Czech Republic. Floods in India’s northeastern state of Assam have killed 167 wild animals, says forest officials on Tuesday. The officials said that the  deaths was reported in Kaziranga national park, whose over 90 per cent of the area was inundated. “167 animals including 16 rhinos were killed in the Kaziranga national park due to floods. “The forest department and other agencies have rescued 64 animals so far,” wildlife officials said.
