A 100-year-old suspected female ritualist, Furera Abubakar, and two others, have been arrested for allegedly plucking out the right eye of a 12-year-old boy, Mustapha Yunusa. The other suspects are Isah Hassan (17) and Sani Abdulrahman (16). The Kano State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Abdullahi Haruna, in a statement on Thursday, said the Almajiri boy was lured into a corner where his assailants removed his left eyeball on the orders of the woman. Yoruba actor, Dejo Tunfulu is dead

Kunle Adetokunbo, a popular Yoruba comic actor, popularly called Dejo Tunfulu is dead. He was aged 50 years. Fellow thespian, Kunle Afod, shared the news on his Instagram page on Friday. The president of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria, Bolaji Amusan, known as Mr Latin, also confirmed his death. “Yes, it is confirmed.
