The Director General of the Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC), Mr. Folorunsho Coker was a participant at the just concluded General Assembly of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) where the Corporation was readmitted as an affiliate member of the organization. The UNWTO General Assembly took place in Madrid, Spain from November 30 to December 3, 2021. COVID-19: Lagos leads as Nigeria registers 1,584 new infections

Nigeria has registered 1,584 new COVID-19 infections on Friday with Lagos State leading. Lagos, the smallest state in Nigeria has a land mass of 1,171.28 square kilometres and an estimated population of between 17.5 million and 21 million as of 2020. About 6,871 people live in every square kilometre of Lagos State according to the National Bureau of Statistics.
