The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Jabi, Abuja, on Wednesday, ordered an interim suspension of Adams Oshiomhole as the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress. Delivering a ruling on an application for interlocutory injunction, Justice Danlami Senchi said his order would subsist pending the determination of the main suit bordering on his suspension as a member of the party. Ogun State Government has said it has deployed security officials to man the entrances to the areas where a large number of Chinese live in the state. Couple arraigned for N555m fraud

Mr. and Mrs Oladeji and Omotayo Henry, were on Wednesday arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, before the Lagos State Special Offences Court in Ikeja for an alleged N555.82m fraud. The couple were arraigned alongside their company, Built Global Concepts, on seven counts bordering on conspiracy and stealing. N4.3m: Keystone Bank in trouble over unauthorized deductions

In a judgment on Tuesday by Justice Wasiu Animahun of the Lagos State High Court in Igbosere in favour of a businessman, Onah Happy, Keystone Bank Limited has been ordered to pay the sum of N4,340,350.00 over unauthorised debits from his account in two days in 2016. The judge ordered that the N4.3m be paid with 25 per cent annual interest from May 12, 2016 till judgment day and 10 per cent interest thereafter until the final liquidation of the judgment debt.
