The Edo state police command has rescued seven teenagers from being trafficked overseas. The state Commissioner of Police, Mr Philip Ogbadu, who disclosed this in Benin on Friday, said the victims were rescued following an intelligence report. Unidentified gunmen reportedly attacked Orsu Police Station in Imo State. Subsequent gun duel between some operatives of the police and the bandits have claimed the life of a Police Inspector.
