Victor Emafolomi, a 40-year-old man, has been arrested by men of Ogun State Police Command for impregnating his 15-year-old step daughter. A US-based Nigerian surgeon, Dr Oluyinka Olutoye, who successfully removed tumour from a baby in her mother’s womb has been commended by the Nigerian Federal Government.
