The Imo State Police Command has arrested two women, Chizoba Eze and Amaka Eze, for allegedly buying newborn twins, Emmanuel and Emmanuela, for N1.8m in Umuahia, Abia State. National Examinations Council, NECO, has released the June/July 2018 Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations, SSCE, with 71 percent of the candidates making five credits and above, inclu-ding English Language and Mathematics.
