The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has been suspended by FIFA with immediate effect, due to government interference in soccer affairs, the sport’s world governing body said on Friday. A Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja yesterday sentenced a 28-year-old man, Collins Abakwe to 10-years imprisonment for being found guilty of stabbing his younger brother to death with a broken bottle.
