A warrant of arrest has been issued against the Chairman of Code of Conduct Bureau, CCB, Dr. Muhammed  Isah, by a Kaduna State High Court, on Friday, for contempt. The warrant of arrest was issued by Justice Mario Mohammed after the chairman had ignored several summons by the court in a suit between Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufa’i and Today’s publishing Company Limited, and one other. Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai has issued death threat to the United States, United Kingdom and European Union over their reaction to President Muhammadu Buhari’s suspension of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen. CUPP, the Coalition of United Political Parties, yesterday, said it had uncovered plot by the Federal government to force the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Walter Onnoghen to resign at gunpoint.
