Suspected armed robbers have reportedly killed a cleric with the Nigerian Baptist Conference in Ondo State, Pastor Deji Joshua, in Okitipupa, in the Okitipupa Local Government Area of the state. Operatives of the Rivers State Police Command have arrested a member of a notorious gang, one Roland Peter, who allegedly kidnapped Pastor Samuel Okpara, killed and beheaded him, before using his liver, intestine and other internal organs for pepper soup and plantain porridge. Olajide Felix, an official of the Lagos State Task Force on Environmental and Special Offences (Enforcement) Unit, has been arrested for allegedly stealing an impounded motorcycle.
