In the latest violence linked to tensions over grazing rights, gunmen suspected to be herdsmen have killed at least five people in central Nigeria‘s Plateau state, police said Saturday. Jabir Suleiman, a blind man, has been arrested for kidnapping his neighbour’s four-year-old son. He confessed that he needed money to buy a tricycle. Obinna Iziejen, a 58-year-old paedophile has been sentenced by an Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court on Wednesday to 60 years imprisonment with hard labour for defiling a 12-year-old pupil.
