A young housemaid, Halimat Sodiq aged 16, had life snuffed out of her by her employer over theft allegation. The employer, Sade Moke alleged that her maid stole her N2,000, and decided to bring in three men, to torture the young maid. A 32-year-old carpenter, Benjamin Jato, has been arrested by operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence in Kaduna State for defiling a six-year-old in the state.
