Suspected armed bandits, Sunday night, attacked the College of Agriculture and Animal Science in Bakura Local Government Area of Zamfara State, killing three persons, including a policeman and abducting 15 students, a teacher, his wife and two children. She was allegedly caught with 100 wraps of heroin and two parcels of same substance at the departure hall of the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, MMIA, Ikeja, Lagos. A 43-year-old businessman, Emeka Orisakwe, has been remanded in prison custody by an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos State for allegedly defiling his three underage daughters. The police, on Wednesday, charged Orisakwe, who resides at Maza Maza, Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos, with sexual assault. The Edo state police command has rescued seven teenagers from being trafficked overseas. The state Commissioner of Police, Mr Philip Ogbadu, who disclosed this in Benin on Friday, said the victims were rescued following an intelligence report.
