Results of the May/June West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) has been released by the West African Examinations (WAEC) on Friday in Lagos, withholding the results of 137,295, representing 8.89% candidates. BANKS TO ACCEPT DIVIDEND WARRANTS INTO SAVINGS ACCOUNTS

Banks have been instructed to accept dividend warrants into savings accounts. Security and Exchange Commission, SEC, yesterday stated that banks are now mandated to accept dividend warrants into the savings account of investors and as well get them enrolled free of charge in the e-Dividend Mandate Management System (e-DMMS) platform. NIGERIAN WOMAN JAILED IN THE UK FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Franca Asemota, a Nigerian woman has been sentenced to 22 years in prison by UK court for trafficking in young girls. Women Stage Protest In Kaduna Over Attacks

Half-Unclad women on Tuesday protested over alleged night attacks by herdsmen on Ninte village in Godogodo Chiefdom of Jema’a Local Government, Kaduna State.
