Man arrested with three-year-old boy’s head in Abuja

One Mustapha Aliyu, 22, has been arrested by police in Abuja with the freshly severed head of a three-year-old boy, identified as Usman Awalu. Aliyu reportedly confessed that he had beheaded four children, adding that he was paid N170,000 for every male head and N160,000 for the female head he supplied to his boss, who is at large.
