Former Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Maurice Iwu, was yesterday arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), before the Federal High Court in Lagos on an alleged N1.23 billion fraud. Following the death of four students in a flood disaster that hit the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi, the institution has been shut.
