Gabriel Zock, a member of the House of Representatives, was on Thursday arraigned before a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja, on criminal charges of advanced fee fraud otherwise known as 419. Lagos pastor remanded for impregnating teenager inside church premises

For having unlawful sexual intercourse and procuring an abortion for a 14 year-old teenager, an Ebute Meta Magistrates’ Court, Lagos, on Tuesday remanded 45year-old Pastor Rufus Olatunji of Royal World Embassy Church, Ipaja in a 2-count charge. The Chief Magistrate, Mrs F.M. Kayode, who did not take Olatunji’s plea, ordered that he should be remand at Ikoyi Correctional Centre. Kayode then adjourned the case to March 8 for mention. Terrorists killed 10, abduct village head, others in Katsina

Gunmen suspected to be terrorists have reportedly killed at least 10 persons and abducted unspecified number of people at Guga village, Bakori Local Council of Katsina State. Among those abducted is the village head, Mallam Umar, and several women and children that were unable to escape from the terrorists.
