Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Mr. Bamidele Oleyelogun was yesterday arraigned in court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, yesterday, over alleged financial impropriety. The banishment of the deposed Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, has been declared as illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional by Justice Anwuli Chikere of the Federal High Court in Abuja.
