INEC: Yakubu hands over to Mu’azu pending Senate confirm as chairman

Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, on Monday, handed over to Air Vice Marshall Ahmed Mu’azu (retired) to run the affairs of the commission.
