Students from the University of Jos in Plateau State protested on Tuesday, blocking campus roads due to increased school fees and additional service charges.Organized by the Students Union Government, they demanded an immediate rollback of these fee hikes.Holding placards with messages like “If your children can afford the money, we can’t” and “We don’t want to drop out of school,” the students emphasized that Nigerians were already facing significant hardships, urging authorities not to worsen the situation with more fee increases.
