Minister Festus Keyamo has instructed international airlines to leave Murtala Muhammed International Airport by October 1, 2023, for necessary maintenance work.
He made this announcement during an airport tour in Lagos, accompanied by FAAN’s Kabir Yusuf Mohammed. He also suspended all aviation contracts and projects, directing companies to operate from the new terminal, MMIA Terminal 2, until further notice.
