Sensational hip-hop artiste, Tu Face Idibia’s planned protest against President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress(APC)-led Federal Government has received a boost as the Ogun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has supported the move.

In a press statement released on behalf of the state Chairman of the Party, Hon. Sikirulahi Ogundele, the Publicity Secretary of the party in the state, Alhaji Malik Olamilekan Ibitoye, said that the protest is apt and a confirmation that Nigerians have lost confidence in deceptive government of the APC.
He stressed that Tu Face is identifying with members of the public, who he said are groaning under the mal-administration of the APC-led Federal Government.
According to Ogundele, Nigerians cannot afford to fold their arms, while President Muhammadu Buhari plunges the country into a serious economic crisis.
He emphasised that President Buhari has lost direction and that he has no serious economic and political plans for the country.
“After almost two years, we are totally convinced that President Buhari is not prepared for governance and that he is experimenting with the lives of numerous Nigerians, who felt he had solutions to the numerous challenges confronting the country during campaigns.
“President Buhari and the APC have lost direction and they should have played safe by allowing the PDP to continue to rule the country. It is obvious that our President has no solution to our problems and the people deserve the right to protest against his government for the good of the country,”Ogundele said in the statement.
Ogundele insisted that the Police and other security agencies have no right to prevent Tu Face, Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State and others from protesting and insisted that it is their fundamental human rights as enshrined in the Nigerian Constitution.
