The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has been ordered by Justice Adedayo Oyebanji of Igbosere High Court to henceforth mandate the Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC) Plc to include on all bottles of Fanta and Sprite soft drinks manufactured by the company a written warning that the content of the said soft drinks cannot be taken with Vitamin C as same becomes poisonous. 900 workers representing 60 per cent of Aero Contractors Airline staff, which is presently under the management of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), has been sacked. Letters of redundancy were issued to the affected employees during the week. Kazeem Alimson, popularly called Alfa, at White Sands area of Isheri-Osun, Lagos, has been arrested by police following a startling revelation by a teenager of how he lured a three-year-old child to the Muslim cleric, who then killed him.
