Nasiru Adeyemo and Idayat Adeyemo, a couple, has been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command for allegedly cutting off the finger of their daughter, Abibat, and abandoning her in a bush. Sierra-Leone Mudslide kills over 300 people

The outskirts of Sierra-Leone’s capital Freetown was hit by mudslide on Monday killing more than 300 people and sweeping away homes. The Red Cross said at least 205 bodies had been taken to the central morgue in Freetown.
