As part of efforts to ensure a hitch-free Lagos City Marathon scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 10, 2018, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has announced traffic diversion on the affected routes during the race. Policemen arrested over driver’s death in Edo
Five policemen have been arrested for allegedly pushing a commercial driver to his death on Tuesday. This was confirmed by the Edo State Commissioner of Police, Babatunde Kokumo. The death of the driver identified as John caused protests in some parts of Benin City. Three persons were killed and five police Hilux vans were burnt during the fracas.
