Again, Herdsmen kill 25 in fresh Plateau attack

In a fresh attack on Monday night, gunmen suspected to be herdsmen have again killed twenty-five people at Zirshe Dundu in the Kwall District of Bassa Local Government Council of Plateau State. Nigeria President, Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday wrote the Senate, declining assent to the new amendment to the Electoral Act regarding election sequence in the 2019 general elections. 25 killed in fresh attack in Plateau State

25 people have again been killed Monday night at Dundu village, Kwall District of Bassa local government area of Plateau State. There has been renewed attacks by people residents say are Fulani men in that local government area in the last one week and some of those killed were scheduled to be given a mass burial today. Excise duty on alcoholic drinks, tobacco increased by FG

With effect from June 4, 2018, the federal government has increased excise duty on alcoholic beverages and tobacco. There is, however, no increase in excise duty of other locally excisable products.
