A 35-year-old man, Adojoh Ojonugwa has been arrested by the Ondo State Police Command, for allegedly stealing his sister and brother wife’s pants in Akure. The suspect was arrested along with a pastor, Olajide Ogunleye, who was also alleged to be involved in the crime. Five ladies’ pants were found inside Ojonugwa’s bag, two of which reportedly belonged to his brother’s wife, while his sister owned the others. The sum of N30,000 has been approved by the House of Representatives as the new national minimum wage. Study reveals that Nigerians’ Drugs Use More Than Twice Global Average

According to Nigeria’s first major national drug-use survey published on Tuesday, one in seven Nigerians uses drugs, more than twice the global average. The survey, conducted by the Nigerian government, the European Union and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime(UNODC), said an estimated 14.4 percent of Nigerians use drugs. Two drivers arrested for attempting to kidnap employer’s wife

Kidnap allegation has been levelled against two drivers, Emmanuel Okomeyin, 27, and Anyia Austine, 30, who were arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court for attempting to kidnap their employer’s wife. A 10-year-old boy on Monday told a Mapo Customary Court in Ibadan that his mother asked him to put poison in his father’s food and bathing water.
