COVID-19: Nigeria records 859 new infections, two deaths on Monday

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) stated on Tuesday that 859 persons caught the COVID-19 virus in Nigeria on Monday, raising the country’s infection tally to 238,420 and the death toll to 3,024. It stated that the two deaths were recorded in the FCT taking the death toll at Nigeria’s capital city to 234.
