Covid-19: WAEC may postpone May/June examinations

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced through its head of the Nigeria national office, Patrick Areghan that, it is likely to postpone the 2021 May/June West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) in Nigeria. President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Usman Alkali Baba as acting the Inspector General of the Nigerian Police. Baba was a deputy inspector general before his promotion, which takes with immediate effect. Minister of Police Affairs Maigari Dingyadi made the disclosure at the Presidential Villa, Tuesday.
