Federal Government has approved the establishment of eight new private universities in Nigeria. This was sequel to a memo approved by the National Universities Commission, NUC, and presented to the Federal Executive Council, FEC, by the Federal Ministry of Education in Abuja, yesterday. Victor Emafolomi, a 40-year-old man, has been arrested by men of Ogun State Police Command for impregnating his 15-year-old step daughter.
