Former governor of Adamawa, Mr Bala Ngilari has been discharged and acquitted of corruption charges by the Yola Division of the Court of Appeal on Thursday. The court, presided by Justice Olayomi Folashade, quashed all charges against Ngilari for lack of merit and sufficient proof of allegations against him. Mohammed Abubakar, the Governor of Bauchi State, on Thursday dissolved the state executive council. However, only the Special Adviser on Security to the Governor, Brig. Gen.
