Mr Jimi Agbagbe, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Lagos State, has picked as his running mate a legal practitioner, Mrs Haleemat Busari. The 54-year-old Mrs Busari is the wife of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Mr Olatunde Busari. A Togolese cook who allegedly murdered his boss, Chairman of Credit Switch Technology, Chief Ope Badamosi, has been declared wanted by the Police in Lagos. A 96-year-old woman, Karthyayani Amma, has set a world record by scoring 98 marks out of 100 in the literacy exam in southern Indian state of Kerala. Man arrested for diverting mosquito nets in Gombe

Gombe Zonal Office of The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, has arrested one Sunday Ogar for allegedly diverting 15 bundles of mosquito net, each containing 50 pieces.
