Immediate paste governor of Bauchi state, Mohammed Abubakar, has said he only spent N1.2 billion on funeral materials and not N2.3 billion as alleged. Alabi Idowu, a real estate developer, has been arrested by police in Lagos for allegedly defrauding over 200 intending tenants in a newly-constructed building at No. 1 Karimu Street, off Oyebanjo Street, Alapere, Ketu, Lagos State.
