Police in Ondo have declared wanted the father of a four-year-old girl, Testimony Toke Babalola, who was reportedly whipped to death by her parents in Akure, Ondo State capital few weeks ago. The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, has ordered the arrest of all identified Shi’ite leaders across the country.
