Senator Buruji Kashamu, a former lawmaker, is dead. Kashamu, who represented Ogun-East senatorial district between 2015 and 2019, died at First Cardiology Consultants, Lagos, according to his friend, Ben Murray-Bruce, in a tweet. Man found dead after sex romp with prostitute in Lagos brothel

Bassey Asuquo, a 40-year-old Pharmacist, was found dead in one of the rooms of a brothel along Akesan road, Egan area of Lagos, Friday. FG raises hate speech fine to N5m

The Federal Government has increased the fine for hate speech from N500,000 to N5 million in the amended National Broadcasting Code. The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, gave the explanation on Friday when he featured on a live programme.
