The singing of Nigeria’s national anthem in schools and the use of Fulani cows during festive seasons in the South East region has been banned by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). Bashir Tofa, one of the leading candidates in the 1993 Presidential election, is dead. He was 74 years old.
