Shopping Mall under construction collapses in Abuja, workers trapped

Unknown number of workers were reportedly trapped in a three-storey building under construction, which has collapsed in the Kubwa area of Abuja. Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) disclosed that the incident happened at midnight on Friday. It was gathered that officials of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) have commenced rescue operations at the scene.
