The Ondo State Police Command has arrested ten suspects in connection with a violent robbery attack on Igoba Community in Akure North Local Government Area of the state. The armed gang reportedly stormed the community around 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, dispossessing residents of valuables at gunpoint and inflicting injuries on some victims. The Oba of Benin, His Royal Majesty Oba Ewuare II, has declared that the Iyaloja title is foreign to Benin culture and has no place in the kingdom’s traditional structure.
