One of the big players in the maritime industry, Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, boss of Sifax & Sacord Group is expected to grace the 50th birthday celebration of the Fuji artiste, Love Idris Adisa a.k.a Penicure.
Dr. Taiwo Afolabi is the Chairman and the major financial pillar behind the nearly four decade band, led by Love Idris.
The popular fuji artiste who shot into the limelight in the early 90s, with ‘Penicure’ has spent about 37 years on stage. He also has over five other hit albums to his credit amongst are ‘Solution’, ‘Fuji Toasting’ and ‘Plenty Sorry’.
The artiste is expected to use the birthday celebration to also release his new album titled ‘Advice’, under Sodom Music in conjunction with Easy Records.
Billed for Sunday, 21, 2017, the event will hold at Tem D events centre, Ogba Road, Lagos while KWAM 1, Alh. Shefiu Alao, Pasuma Wonder, Saheed Osupa and Sule Alao Malaika will be on bandstand.
Other prominent personalities include Lagos Speaker, Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, Hon. Adejare, Hon. Yinka Ogundinmu, while royal fathers include Oba Saheed Elegushi, Oba Fatai Akamo, Oba Adedayo Shyllon and Oba Akeem Agbedeyi.
