Mother kills three-year-old son for ‘looking like his father’

A mother, who killed her three-year-old son “because he looked like his father,” has been sentenced to 33 years in prison by Australian Supreme Court on Thursday. The mother and her partner, the boy’s stepfather, were found guilty of murdering the toddler after almost two months of abuse in August 2014. The permanent forfeiture of 58 houses linked to a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke has been ordered by the Federal High Court in Lagos on Wednesday.
