Three hours weekly walk can boost brain function, stave off dementia

The Canadian team reports in British Journal of Sports Medicine has revealed that participants with vascular dementia who walked three hours per week for six months had improved reaction times and other signs of improved brain function. Cerebrospinal Meningitis (CSM) epidemic death toll has risen from 328 to 336 as at yesterday even as the number of cases also increased from 2,524 persons to 2,997.
