Cerebrospinal Meningitis (CSM) epidemic death toll has risen from 328 to 336 as at yesterday even as the number of cases also increased from 2,524 persons to 2,997.   The house of Representatives Committees on Aviation; Land Transport; Maritime Safety and Administration; Ports, Harbours and Waterways have jointly expressed dissatisfaction over the implementation of the Federal Ministry of Transportation’s 2016 Budget. Usman Ahmed, a 30-year-old lawyer, on Tuesday asked his 25-year-old wife, Zainab Abdulkadir, to refund N400,000 dowry paid on her as a condition for divorce.
